Responsibilities:
- Work closely with team members and line departments to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and benefits administration
- Administer and maintain employee records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
- Generate payroll reports and analyze data to ensure compliance with statutory and company requirements
- Deliver sustainable HR core services for daily operations, while simultaneously enhancing the overall user experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in Payroll, C&B or HR reports
- Experience gained in a sizable construction/engineering company would be an advantage
- Familiar with MS Office including Word and Excel
- Proficient in Chinese Word Processing
- Familiar with HRIS
- Detailed-minded, well-organized, creative, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- A good team player
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
