Responsibilities:
- Provide Talent Acquisition support, including interview scheduling, candidate coordination, recruitment documentation, and hiring logistics
- Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties for various talent programmes such as internship programmes, campus recruitment, career talks, and other talent-related events
- Support various training schemes, such as Scheme A, YETP, ATTP, CICTS and Training Subsidy Scheme
- Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to support talent acquisition initiatives
- Facilitate the implementation of talent strategies, initiatives, and projects
- Manage recruitment channels and logistics
- Conduct hiring data analysis and consolidate metrics for management reporting
- Handle projects assigned by the Head of the Department
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent
- Minimum five years of experience in full-cycle resourcing and employment branding gained from an agency or corporate setting; exposure to career talks and campus recruitment is highly preferred
- An understanding of the power, energy infrastructure, construction, and environmental industries would be advantageous
- Positive, proactive, and pleasant team player with a strong sense of ownership and a solution-driven mentality
- An effective communicator with good people skills
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
- Good written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
