Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including employee engagement and communications, compensation and benefits administration, and talent management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR database in compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements
- Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team, including data management, filing and report consolidation
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives, staff activities and corporate projects
- Perform ad hoc duties and assignments as directed by supervisors
About You
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably gained in the hospitality industry
- Possess Basic knowledge of the Hong Kong Labour Ordinance and related employment regulations is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office applications and HR systems
- Well-organized, detail-minded and able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
