Our distribution network covers supermarkets, department stores, chain stores, pharmacies and drugstores, e-commerce platforms, wholesalers, restaurants and other retail outlets.
We are entering an exciting growth phase, with plans to expand our brand portfolio, broaden our customer base and strengthen our market presence in Hong Kong.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial leader to transform an established sales and marketing team, win new brand partnerships and drive sustainable business growth.

ROLE MISSION

To lead and transform a sales and marketing team of 10 members, while growing the number of brands represented and expanding the customer base in Hong Kong.
To strengthen team capability, modernise sales and marketing practices, develop new business opportunities and build a high-performing, scalable commercial organisation.

ROLE SUMMARY

Reporting to the CEO, you will take full ownership of the sales and marketing function in Hong Kong.
You will lead an existing team of 10 sales and marketing professionals and transform its structure, capabilities, processes and performance culture to support business expansion.
A key focus is to increase the number of brands represented by the company, expand the customer base and strengthen brand visibility and sales performance across retail channels.
This is a senior leadership role requiring strong commercial, leadership and business-development capabilities.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead, transform and develop a sales and marketing team of 10 members, building a clear structure, accountability framework and performance-driven culture.
Assess team capabilities, identify development needs and implement training, coaching and talent-development plans.
Grow the sales and marketing team as the business develops, including recruitment, onboarding, coaching and succession planning.
Develop and implement the sales and marketing strategy to grow the company’s distribution business in Hong Kong.
Identify and secure new brand principals, suppliers and distribution opportunities across FMCG, food and beverage, healthcare, medical, snacks, confectionery and related consumer categories.
Increase the number of brands represented by the company through proactive business development and effective brand-partner management.
Expand the customer base across supermarkets, department stores, chain stores, pharmacies and drugstores, e-commerce platforms, wholesalers, restaurants and other retail channels in Hong Kong.
Build and maintain strong relationships with brand owners, suppliers, key accounts and channel partners.
Lead negotiations on distribution agreements, commercial terms, trading conditions, promotional programmes and annual business plans.
Develop and execute marketing plans, including brand positioning, product launches, trade marketing, in-store promotions, digital marketing and customer engagement activities.
Work closely with brand owners to develop annual marketing calendars, promotional campaigns and go-to-market plans.
Develop channel-specific sales plans, pricing strategies and trade-marketing initiatives to increase market coverage and sell-through.
Establish sales targets, KPIs, reporting systems and commercial processes to support business expansion.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
12–15 years of experience in FMCG, food and beverage, consumer products, healthcare, pharmaceutical, beauty or related distribution, trading or brand businesses.
5–8 years of leadership experience in sales, marketing, business development, key-account management or related role.
Solid experience in brand marketing, trade marketing, promotional planning and retail activation.
Proven track record in winning new brands is an advantage.
Strong understanding of Hong Kong’s retail and distribution landscape, including supermarkets, pharmacy and drugstore chains, convenience stores, department stores, e-commerce and wholesale channels.
Experience negotiating distribution agreements and managing relationships with brand owners and suppliers.
Excellent leadership, change-management, communication, coaching, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial and comfortable leading transformation in a growth-stage business.
Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.
