Job Summary

Regal Hotels International is seeking a highly driven and hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to support senior-level hiring and strengthen our overall recruitment capability across the organisation (Hotel and Real Estate). Reporting directly to the Vice President, Human Resources, this individual contributor role is ideal for a commercially minded recruiter who thrives on targets, builds strong relationships, and takes ownership from strategy through execution.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for senior and critical roles, building a structured job description and assessment library, optimising sourcing channels, enhancing candidate experience, and improving hiring manager capability.

Job Description

Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior-level and critical positions, including role briefing, sourcing strategy, candidate engagement, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding handover.
Partner closely with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to understand business needs, define role requirements, advise on talent market conditions, and deliver high-quality hiring outcomes.
Build and maintain a comprehensive job description library across functions and levels, ensuring consistency, clarity, market relevance, and alignment with Regal Hotels International’s organisational needs.
Develop and manage an assessment library, including interview guides, competency-based questions, case studies, scorecards, and evaluation tools to improve hiring quality and consistency.
Drive sourcing and channel management strategies across direct sourcing, referrals, agencies, job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, hospitality talent pools, and other relevant recruitment channels.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication, professionalism, transparency, and a positive representation of the company.
Strengthen hiring manager capability by providing guidance, interview training, recruitment process coaching, market insights, and best-practice tools.
Manage recruitment metrics and hiring targets, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rate, candidate pipeline health, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably with exposure to senior-level hiring, executive search, hospitality, property, customer service, or other people-intensive industries.
Strong hands-on recruitment capability, with the ability to independently manage multiple searches from sourcing through offer negotiation.
Highly self-driven, organised, and target-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and the motivation to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Commercial and sales-driven mindset, with the confidence to approach passive candidates, influence stakeholders, manage pipelines, and close offers effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage credibly with senior leaders, hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills, particularly in managing candidate expectations, offer discussions, stakeholder alignment, and agency relationships.
Experience developing recruitment tools and frameworks, such as job descriptions, competency models, interview guides, assessment templates, and candidate evaluation scorecards.
Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
