THE OPPORTUNITY

This role supports the development and delivery of compensation and employee benefit programs across multiple markets. It combines hands-on program management with thoughtful analysis and stakeholder partnership. The successful candidate will help translate compensation principles into practical, consistent and commercially sound solutions, while improving processes, data quality and the employee experience.

What You Will Do

Compensation and reward programs

Support recurring employee pay processes, including annual adjustments, incentive arrangements, promotions and selected retention initiatives.
Conduct market research and role-based pay analysis, turning data into clear recommendations for HR and business stakeholders.
Help maintain consistent pay practices, operating guidelines and approval controls, with appropriate flexibility for local market needs.
Prepare concise decision materials, cost scenarios and implementation plans for compensation and benefit proposals.

Benefits and insurance

Coordinate benefit and employee insurance reviews across selected markets, working with local HR teams, brokers and providers.
Assess plan competitiveness, cost, employee value and operational practicality, and recommend targeted improvements.
Support renewals, vendor discussions and implementation follow-through to ensure agreed actions are delivered accurately and on time.

Partnership, projects and operations

Act as a practical compensation and benefits partner to regional and country HR teams, providing guidance on day-to-day matters.
Contribute to people program projects such as policy updates, market-entry research, process redesign and HR technology enhancements.
Improve templates, controls, reporting and workflows to strengthen consistency, transparency and efficiency.
Manage multiple workstreams independently, escalating material risks and decisions at the right time.
Coordinate external advisers and vendors and monitor the quality, timeliness and value of their support.

What We Are Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance or a related discipline.
Relevant HR experience with solid exposure to compensation and benefits in a regional or multi-market environment. The role may be appointed at Manager or Senior Manager level based on experience and capability.
Practical knowledge of employee pay practices, incentive arrangements, market data, employee benefits and insurance programs.
Strong analytical capability, including advanced Excel skills and confidence working with sizeable data sets.
Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain technical reward topics in practical business language.
Good judgment, attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive employee and compensation information.
A collaborative and self-directed working style, with the ability to manage competing priorities across time zones.
Experience with a leading HRIS or compensation platform is advantageous; exposure to system implementation or process automation is a plus.
Fluent English is required. Additional Asian language capability is an advantage.
