Responsibilities

Perform investigating, checking and screening on onboarding customers
Work closely with sales and operation team to follow up outstanding items
Provide administrative support upon request – filing and other clerical duties
Perform ad hoc assignments and handle special projects as assigned

Requirements

Higher Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline (Students are welcome to apply!)
Candidates with relevant working experience will be an advantage
Efficient, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Proactive and a self-starter with a good can-do attitude
Good logical and analytical mindset
Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese word processing
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Willing to work a minimum of 2 days per week (Monday to Friday)
