Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Managing and maintaining the organization's IT applications to ensure seamless operations;
Overseeing the deployment of new technologies (Real-Time Quotations system) and upgrades to existing systems;
Ensuring data security and compliance with relevant regulations;
Collaborating with stakeholders to understand and address IT requirements;
Developing and implementing IT strategies aligned with business objectives;
Supervising a team of IT professionals and coordinating their activities effectively;
Managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts for IT services and equipment;
Monitoring IT budgets and ensuring cost-effective technology investments.

The Successful Applicant

Job Requirements

Degree in Computer Science/ related field
At least 6 - 8 years of experience managing retail IT applications and systems, including POS, eCommerce, infrastructure, and operations within the retail, FMCG, or related industries;
Experience with real time pricing system/ Real-Time Quotations system is a MUST.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills;
Ability to lead and manage a team effectively;
Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and vendors;
Knowledge of data security and compliance standards;
Capability to align IT strategies with business goals.
Bilingual (Cantonese and English).
