About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong within Rooms Division in Hong Kong, the Guest Services Agent is responsible for providing quality service in a friendly, natural, courteous manner and always be attentive. The Guest Services Agent reports to the Chief Concierge.

As Guest Services Agent, you will be responsible for the following duties:

Welcome guests at the hotel entrance and lobby area
Assist guests with carrying their luggage while in hotel premises
Deliver and collect luggage from/to guest rooms
Assist guests for transportation arrangements and ensure guests are correctly directed to their destinations

As Guest Services Agent, we expect from you:

Related working experience in hotel/ guest services
Good communication skills in both English & Chinese
Ability to multi-task and work as a team
Dynamic and energetic
