The position is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the human resources department in the retail industry. Based in the Hong Kong HQ office, it focuses on providing C&B and payroll support across HR operations and ensuring efficient processes.

Description

- Support theend‑to‑end payroll process, including salary calculations, allowances, bonuses, and statutory contributions.
- Ensure payroll activities comply with local labour regulations, tax requirements, and internal policies.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including contract preparation and maintaining employee records.
- Manage employee benefits, attendance tracking, and leave administration with accuracy and consistency.
- Provide day‑to‑day HR support, including HRIS updates, report preparation, and handling employee enquiries.
- Liaise with Finance and external partners such as banks and insurers on payroll‑related matters.
- Support periodic HR reporting and assist with audit preparation as required.

Profile

A strong understanding of HR operations and policies, especially within the retail industry.
1+ years of relevant HR experience within the compensation and benefits function
Proficiency in HR systems and tools, with attention to detail in data management.
Excellent communication and organizational skills to handle diverse HR tasks.
The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Relevant academic qualifications in human resources or a related field.
