Are you looking to be part of revolutionizing online shopping behaviour and experience? We are a well-esteemed eCommcere company that operates multiple eCommerce websites internationally. We are now looking for potential talent to help us expand our new business worldwide and to manage the merchandising process of beauty products.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Manage the product sourcing and development on the beauty Brands and categories
Drive and implement business strategies to build the categories for the company
Head up the team of the merchandising division, overseeing and operate all mechanizing/sourcing activities with vendors
Negotiate and work with vendors to build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships to ensure long term strategic partnership
Maximize brand/product sales performance through continuous effort in identifying new vendors in different regions
Drive brand/product sales revenue through continuous effort in new product sourcing, order placement and maintenance of optimum stock level
Manage product stock level to achieve company stock level and sales target
Provide strategic sourcing planning and coordinate with sales team for implementation
Prepare various kind of stock/sale analysis report for Management review
Work closely with Management to ensure that the short and long range departmental objectives are consistent with company vision and strategy
Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Desired Skills and Experience:

Degree holder or above in Merchandising/Marketing/ Business/ eCommerce or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years or above working experience in relevant merchandise category or business development experience under trading environment or buying office
Experience in Korean branded beauty products will be an advantage
Strong product and material knowledge with good development skills, and familiar with merchandising and product development process
Well-organized, detailed minded, result oriented, strong problem-solving skills, and able to manage multiple tasks
Self-motivated, aggressive, able to work independently and under pressure, as well as cooperate well with team and stakeholders to achieve company goals
Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Immediate available is highly preferred
