Telford International was established in 1982 to meet the growing demand for beverage products in Hong Kong. Our group offers over 100 brands of natural, healthy, and functional beverages, as well as international spirits and wines, with a unique mix of in-house and third-party brands, including Tao Ti, Meko, Ovaltine, Asahi, Remy Martin, and more. To provide more quality products to the Hong Kong market, we are looking to hire more talents from various fields to support the expansion of our business.

Marketing Manager / Senior Brand Manager – Spirits Division

This Marketing Manager / Senior Brand Manager at Marketing Department is required to initiate, develop and monitor marketing and promotion activities for designated brands aligned with the agreed strategies and the corporate objectives.
Responsibilities:
Prepare strategic marketing plans for core brands and sales plans for boutique & premium spirits brands
Develop and manage marketing budget including forecast, marketing/promotion activity, A&P budget, depletion, shipment and inventory controls
Develop and monitor promotion activities for a designated channel (both on-trade , off-trade, e-commerce etc.)
Develop and recommend brand positioning, distribution, marketing and pricing strategy to optimize the brand exposure and commercial benefits
Ensure effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets
Serve as liaison between the principals and the sales team on ongoing promotional campaigns
Oversee and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy under the changing market and competitive conditions

Requirements:

University degree or equivalent – major in marketing and business is preferred
5 years or above in marketing, related to alcoholic products
Strong interest and passion in wine & spirits is a must. WSET Level 2 or above is an added value
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with colleagues in other functions
Analytical and logical thinker
Able to meet short deadlines in a demanding environment
Commercially sensible with good negotiation skills
Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential
