Are you looking to be part of revolutionizing online shopping behaviour and experience?
We are a well-esteemed eCommerce company that operates multiple eCommerce websites internationally. We are now looking for potential talent to help us expand our new business worldwide and to set up and manage an eCommerce business team of beauty products.

Key Job Responsibilities: 

Lifecycle Strategy & Automation: Map and optimize core customer stages (Welcome, Onboarding, Engagement, Retention, Reactivation) by building automated, personalized journey flows.
Loyalty Operations: Manage the day-to-day execution of the loyalty program, including point accruals, tier benefits, member pricing, and exclusive VIP access.
Campaign Execution: Design and execute targeted communications across email, mobile, and on-site channels to promote program benefits and member milestones.
Data-Driven Optimization: Conduct A/B tests on journeys and monitor loyalty health metrics (e.g., repeat purchase rates, redemption rates, and churn prediction) to drive commercial targets.

Desired Skills and Experience: 

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ Business/ eCommerce or related disciplines.
1–4 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or loyalty operations, preferably in eCommerce or beauty industries, less experienced candidates may be considered for the Assistant role.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms or automation tools (e.g., Bloomreach, Salesforce, Klaviyo, Yotpo, or Talon.One) would be a plus.
Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into retention-focused strategies.
Well-organized, detailed minded, result oriented, strong problem-solving skills, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Self-motivated, aggressive, able to work independently and under pressure, as well as cooperate well with team and stakeholders to achieve company goals.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
