Organize and host school visiting activities
Support the end-to-end implementation of educational projects and activities
Drive impactful projects in STEAM, National Education, and Media Education

Responsibilities

Focus on the execution of education projects under the Advertising Business Development Department, coordinating with schools and educational organizations on initiatives related to STEAM, National Education, and Media Education.Oversee and manage all online sales activities, ensuring that sales goals are met.
Organize and host school visiting activities to our media facilities, including logistics planning and leading guided tours for schools.
Act as the primary contact point to liaise with schools and education units regarding project participation and event scheduling.
Support the end-to-end implementation of educational projects and activities to ensure all operational requirements are met on-site.
Handle project-related clerical tasks such as drafting proposals, preparing activity reports, and maintaining well-organized documentation.
Coordinate with external vendors, guest speakers, and instructors to arrange necessary resources for various educational programs.
Provide administrative and operational support to the Business Development team to ensure efficient project follow-up.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Marketing, Communications, or Education preferred).
1–2 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or school liaison (media or education sector experience is an advantage).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a confident and professional manner when hosting groups.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing administrative tasks efficiently.
Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Marketing Solutions Executive.
Working Location: Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate
