How you will make an impact:
The job holder will report to the Supervisor and Section Head and be responsible for handling all leasing (including leasing administration) matters for office portfolio.

Handling all leasing (including leasing administration) matters for office portfolio

Handling daily leasing activities and negotiations (including inspection / handover etc.) including new lettings, renewals, direct marketing, market research and tenancy administrative work

Carrying out marketing works including cold calling, marketing research, rental proposal, etc.

Handling leasing enquiries and offer documents / letters / leasing proposal preparation

Rental forecast preparation as well as leasing report preparation

Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior
What we are looking for:

Degree holder in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related disciplines

Minimum 2 years’ experience in property leasing

Familiar with leasing management software or system is an advantage

Good communication skill with passion at work. Proactive and customer oriented

Good PC skills e.g. MS Words, Excel and PowerPoint
-
Good command of both spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin
-
Candidate with less experience can be considered as an Officer level
