How you will make an impact:
- Support the manager to execute various strategy and operational policies
- Monitor day-to-day operations on property management, leasing, and technical services
- Supervise on-site staff and monitor their performance
- Assist in property handover/takeover, coordinating, fitting-out, and renovation works
- Constantly review and monitor the provision of tenant support services
- Well communicate and maintain good relationships with owner, clients, contractors and the public
- Control the income and expenditure of the building accounts
- Provide support to any on-site event/activities
- Perform all other duties as assigned by the seniors
What we are looking for:
- HKDSE or above, in Property Management or related disciplines
- Holder of Security Personnel Permit and QAS Certificate is required
- Minimum 4 years’ working experience in management including at least 3 years’ at supervisory level
- Self-motivated, service-oriented, strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-versed in computer applications including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Good command of spoken English and Mandarin
