主要職責:
- 人員排班管理: 依區域主管指示制定前線清潔人員的日常輪更表(Roster)編排,並協助處理調更、請假及補更申請紀錄。
- 考勤監控: 紀錄及核對員工考勤紀錄,確保日常輪更表與電腦紀錄準確。
- 行政文書處理: 準備日常運作報告、會議記錄及各類行政表格,並維持系統化文件存檔。
- 物料申領: 協助監控清潔物料與工具存量,處理申領、訂購及收貨紀錄。
- 合約支援: 協助項目經理跟進服務合約條款及客戶投訴紀錄。
- 現場溝通: 擔任辦公室與前線工作地點之間的溝通橋樑,轉達公司最新通告。
職位要求:
- 中五 / 中六(DSE)或以上學歷。
- 具備 1-2 年行政或前線文書工作經驗(具物業管理或清潔行業經驗者優先)。
- 熟練使用 Microsoft Office
- 做事細心、有耐性,能應付繁複的數據處理及文書工作。
- 具備良好的溝通能力,能與不同層級的同事協作。
- 能獨立處理工作並具備良好的時間管理能力。
