Senior Marketing Executive / Assistant Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, hands-on, and growth-minded marketing talent to join Kalos. This role will primarily focus on digital marketing, social media, content coordination, online shop support, and performance marketing, while also supporting brand campaigns, KOL / media follow-up, and event activations as needed.

This role is suitable for someone with a good sense of aesthetics, strong interest in branding and content, and the flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-evolving brand environment.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Social Media

• Manage and support Kalos’ social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram

• Assist in planning monthly social media strategy, content ideas, and posting calendar

• Coordinate and manage social content execution, including posts, reels, and stories

• Create engaging and brand-aligned content ideas to support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and ongoing brand building

• Handle social media comments, direct messages, and customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner

Content & Creative Support

• Support content development from ideation to execution, including preparing briefs for internal teams or external vendors

• Provide input on product photography and video shooting direction, styling, and visual presentation

• Assist in basic content production when needed, including simple photo or video shooting, photo editing, visual retouching, video trimming etc

• Ensure content output is aligned with brand image, tone of voice, and campaign objectives

Campaign Management & Performance Marketing

• Support the planning, setup, monitoring, and optimization of Meta and other social media advertising campaigns

• Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, traffic, and sales conversion

• Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports with key insights, results evaluation, and recommendations

• Support outreach and follow-up with KOLs, media platforms, and campaign partners as part of campaign execution when needed

Online Shop Coordination

• Support online shop order coordination

• Assist in online promotional activities and campaign implementation across digital sales channels

Event & Brand Activation Support

• Provide hands-on support for brand events, exhibitions, pop-ups, and other marketing activations, including setup, on-site assistance, coordination with PR agencies for media / KOL follow-up and post-event coverage support

• Support event-related content capture and follow-up marketing usage where needed

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, PR, Design, Creative Media, Art, or related disciplines

• 5 years or above of relevant working experience in digital marketing, social media, content marketing, brand marketing, or related fields

• Good sense of aesthetics, branding, and visual communication

• Basic skills in photo editing, video editing, and short-form content adaptation

• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines

• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, with proficiency in Mandarin

• Hands-on, proactive, open-minded, and comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

• Passionate about growth, learning, and taking initiative in an evolving brand environment

• Willing and able to travel to China office and overseas for events, activations, or business needs as required

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends, public holidays, or outside normal office hours for events and campaign needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in performance marketing, social media analytics, and campaign reporting

• Familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop or AI tools

• Event management experience is a plus

• Experience in consumer brand, lifestyle, retail, design-led, or e-commerce-related industries is an advantage
