Senior Administrative Officer
Office of Research and Knowledge Transfer
(Post Ref.: 26/130)

Responsibilities

Provide a wide range of administrative support for the Office
Promote, process and conduct compliance reviews for research and knowledge transfer fund applications
Process research ethics and laboratory safety approval applications
Compile statistical and narrative reports
Liaise with funding bodies including the Government
Produce newsletters and organise ceremonies and seminars
Provide secretarial support for committees
Maintain databases and update websites

Requirements

A recognized Bachelor’s degree
At least 4 years’ relevant working experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
Good analytical and organizational skills, attention to details and multi-tasking capabilities
High computer literacy with experience in managing database and websites and compiling statistical reports
A good team player with strong sense of responsibility
Able to work independently

Salary and Fringe Benefits
The rank and commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits and mandatory provident fund and gratuity.
