Responsibilities

Assist the strategic development and maintenance of alumni relationships by providing career enhancement and networking opportunities for the alumni community
Oversee the formulation, planning, and execution of postgraduate alumni engagement initiatives in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area
Assist in strengthening the alumni giving program and developing innovative initiatives to expand and retain alumni support
Supervise and guide team members in delivering alumni events and programmes
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisors

Requirements

A recognised degree with at least 5 years of relevant working experience
Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine enthusiasm for building and nurturing new relationships
A creative and innovative mindset with the ability to “think out of the box”
Self-motivated and detail-oriented with hands on skills to execute projects independently
Great collaboration and team-building skills, able to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written

Salary and Fringe Benefits
The rank and commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits and mandatory provident fund and gratuity.
