Role Mission 角色使命

To provide a structured development platform for a young professional to gain broad exposure across different functions within the company, build a solid foundation in logistics, warehousing, and business operations, and prepare for future leadership roles in a large‑scale logistics and supply‑chain environment.
為年輕專業人士提供一個有系統的發展平台，透過在公司內不同職能部門實習，全面了解業務，建立在物流、倉儲及營運方面的紮實基礎，並為在大型物流及供應鏈環境中擔任未來管理職位做好準備。

Role Summary 角色概要

Participate in a structured job rotation programme across key departments such as finance, logistics, warehousing, administration, and operations.
參與在財務、物流、倉儲、行政及營運等關鍵部門進行有系統的輪崗計劃。
Support daily operations and workflow in each department, learning core processes, systems, and reporting structures.
協助各部門日常運作及工作流程，學習核心流程、系統及報告架構。
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and ad‑hoc projects under the guidance of senior managers.
在資深管理人員的指導下，參與流程優化計劃及臨時專案。

Key Responsibilities 主要職責

Take part in a structured job rotation across finance, logistics, warehousing, administration, and operations to understand end‑to‑end business processes.
參與在財務、物流、倉儲、行政及營運等部門的有系統輪崗，以了解整體業務流程。
Assist in daily operations of each assigned department, including data entry, documentation, and basic coordination tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
協助各被分配部門的日常運作，包括資料輸入、文件整理及基本協調工作，並確保準確及及時完成。
Support month‑end and reporting activities in relevant departments (e.g., logistics documentation, inventory records, financial data gathering) under supervision.
在主管指導下，支援相關部門的月結及報告工作（例如物流文件、庫存記錄、財務數據收集等）。
Learn and apply company systems, policies, and procedures during rotations.
在輪崗期間學習並運用公司系統、政策及流程。
Prepare and update basic reports and summaries for management review.
編製及更新基本報告及摘要以供管理層審閱。
Participate in cross‑department projects and process‑improvement initiatives.
參與跨部門專案及流程優化計劃。
Build strong communication and collaboration skills by working with diverse teams including logistics, finance, and warehouse personnel.
透過與物流、財務及倉儲等不同團隊合作，提升溝通及協作能力。

Ideal Candidates 理想人選

University graduates, preferably in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance, Management, or related disciplines.
大學畢業生，主修工商管理、物流、供應鏈、會計、財務、管理或相關學科者優先。
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience who are eager to learn and grow within a large‑scale logistics and warehousing environment.
應屆畢業生或具備最多兩年相關工作經驗，並對在大型物流及倉儲環境中學習與成長充滿熱誠者。
Strong logical thinking, good communication skills, and a positive, self‑motivated attitude.
具備良好邏輯思維、優秀溝通技巧及積極主動、自我驅動的態度。
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of basic accounting or inventory systems is a plus.
熟練使用 MS Office（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）；懂得基本會計或庫存系統者更佳。
Good command of Chinese and Cantonese/Mandarin; fair English.
良好中文及廣東話／普通話；具備基本英語能力。
