Assistant Manager (Leasing Marketing & Promotions)

The successful candidate will assist in planning, organization, execution, and evaluation of various marketing campaigns and promotional activities aligned with the mall's positioning, including but not limited to sales‑driven programmes, stage shows, PR events, in‑mall decorations, social media campaigns, and other promotional initiatives. You will liaise with tenants, community groups, business units, and strategic partners to build and maintain effective partnerships; collaborate with internal departments and teams to implement marketing strategies, ensuring smooth execution and effective teamwork. You will assist in managing campaign budgets and ensuring efficient resource allocation; provide support to the marketing team in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs)and contribute to overall team success; and participate in ad‑hoc projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related disciplines, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or coordinator role (preferably in real estate, retail, or agency environments)
Strong conceptual thinking with good communication and collaboration skills
Passionate about marketing campaigns, content creation, and storytelling
Proactive, independent, and accountable, with a strong team-player mindset and a “can-do” attitude
Skilled in communication, presentation, and project management
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively while working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
