Product Executive

KEF is a British hi-fi audio brand with a long track record of audio technology innovation and award-winning products, serving customers across Asia Pacific, Europe, North America, and the Middle East. To support continued growth, KEF is hiring a Product Executive to help drive product planning, new product development, and go-to-market preparation within the Product Management team.

We are lookig for a Product Executive to support the end-to-end product lifecycle for assigned product lines, from customer/market insights to product development, through launch execution and ongoing in-market management. Success in this role comes from strong cross-functional coordination (engineering, industrial design, manufacturing, marketing, sales) and excellent communication of product requirements, features, positioning, and launch readiness to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Gather customer insights and competitive intelligence, synthesize findings into clear implications, and support the team in shaping product plans and roadmap inputs.
Support end-to-end product lifecycle management for assigned products, ensuring key milestones, deliverables, and internal readiness are on track.
Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to ensure clear alignment on requirements, features, timelines, and priorities.
Support development and execution of go-to-market plans, partnering with relevant teams to prepare launch materials, internal training needs, and operational readiness.
Maintain and communicate accurate product information (e.g., specs, key features, positioning, FAQs) to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
Prepare management reports, presentations, and analyses as assigned.
Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Design, Manufacturing, Engineering, Marketing, or related disciplines.
2 years of experience in product management, product development, marketing or engineering.
Strong stakeholder management skills; able to build trust and collaborate across functions and regions.
Proactive, highly motivated, and able to manage multiple workstreams with good attention to detail.
Strong customer focus and a thoughtful, empathetic mindset when translating needs into product requirements.
Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
Willing to travel occasionally to PRC and overseas offices.
A genuine interest in music, musical instruments, or high-fidelity audio products will be considered a plus.
