What awaits you in this role?

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Technical Operation talent to join our dynamic team.

Oversee the performance of both in-house and outsourced repair technicians to ensure repair quality delivery and high customer satisfaction
Manage the in-house workshop operation and support field repair for operation excellence
Plan and execute service enhancement based on the insights from periodical analysis on service market trends & customer expectation
Review the service operation flows and ensure all executions are up to standard
Execute workflow enhancement and timely feedback on product quality in cooperation with different teams and external partners
Plan and monitor repair capacity to meet the KPIs
Plan and organize trainings to develop and enhance technician knowledge, repair skills and customer service skills of the technicians
Monitor and control repair quality and work process to minimize the product exchange, product return to workshop for repair & repeated repair
Plan and conduct service audit to ensure the service delivery of technicians are up to standard
Support and work closely with call centre team by providing resolution to handle customer complaints or inquiries
Conduct and report performance and data analysis on regular basis

The position is an onsite position based in Hong Kong.

How do we describe a perfect match?

University graduated or High Diploma in engineering disciplines in Electronic / Mechanical Engineering or Engineering
Minimum 5 years’ experience in repair service industry, preferrable on home appliances or electrical consumer goods
Not less than 3 years’ experience in relevant position
Strong analytical, problem solving and leadership skills with technical understanding and repair knowledge of refrigerator, air-conditioner and machine washer
Excellent communication, management and negotiation skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Repair Management System
Electrical worker license (Grade A) & Driving License is preferred
