We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to join our high-performing QA team.

Requirements

What You'll Be Doing

Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures in compliance with GMP standards
Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
Collaborate with Production, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and other departments to assist in product registration for cross-border products targeting the GBA region
Oversee and ensure compliance with QA standards in change management processes for product formulations and factory settings
Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and GMP
Manage investigations of quality issues, customer complaints, and product recalls, implementing corrective and preventive actions as necessary
Ensure accurate and timely completion of quality documentation and records
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to quality assurance in supplement manufacturing

Who we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred
Familiar with PIC/s GMP Standard. A PIC/s GMP background would be good, but it is not compulsory
A minimum of 7 years of experience in a quality assurance managerial role, with GBA exposure experience will be an advantageous
Strong knowledge of QA processes, customer feedback handling, and complaint investigation
Proficiency in occupational health and safety regulations and accreditation standards
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent Chinese & English written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in quality management systems (QMS) and other relevant software.
