Assistant Manager Finance

We are hiring an Assistant Manager - Finance who will manage full-spectrum accounting operations and month-end closing for assigned business units, prepare monthly group consolidation and both financial and management reports, and actively participate in system enhancement and finance transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day accounting operations and month-end closing for assigned business units
Prepare monthly group consolidation and associated consolidation schedules
Prepare financial analysis, management reports, annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and financial PowerPoint presentations for management
Manage audit, tax and other statutory filings in full compliance with HKFRS, IFRS and group accounting policies
Collaborate with operations and commercial teams to assess the financial implications of business activities and recommend workflows
Actively participate in system integration, system enhancement and finance transformation projects
Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
Professional qualification (HKICPA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is strongly preferred
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with a freight-forwarding industry background and/or experience working in an MNC
Solid hands-on experience with group consolidation under HKFRS/IFRS is highly preferred
Excellent communication skills with a strong command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, organized, proactive and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Immediate availability is highly preferred
