What awaits you in this role?

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Finance and Accounting talent to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will support the Finance Operations team across a broad range of finance activities, including general ledger, financial closing, reporting, auditing, and transactional finance operations (AP, AR, and Cash Management)

Financial Reporting & Closing

Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing processes
Ensure timely and accurate reporting to internal and external stakeholders

General Ledger & Compliance

Maintain general ledger integrity and ensure proper classification of transactions
Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (IFRS)

Audit & Internal Controls

Coordinate and provide support during external and internal audits
Assist with implementing, reviewing, and improving internal control procedures
Ensure documentation and compliance with audit, regulatory and industrial requirements

Operational Finance Oversight

Support AP, AR, and Cash Management functions
Review transactions and reconciliations
Monitor cash flow and support treasury activities
Assist with master data management and asset management
Participate ad hoc projects and initiatives as required

The position is an onsite position based in Hong Kong.

How do we describe a perfect match?

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Qualified accountant, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is an advantage
Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with SAP, including strong knowledge of FICO
Experience with SAP Fiori interface is an advantage
Proven track record in financial closing, reporting, general ledger management, and audit coordination
Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and Power BI
Strong understanding of internal controls, compliance, and financial best practices
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Strong technical accounting and financial reporting knowledge
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective team management abilities
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
