Finance Officer (Management Accounting)

How You Will Do It:

Prepare timely and accurate management reports to support management decision-making.
Assist in the preparation of periodic Business Reviews, Annual Budgets, KPI target setting, and rolling forecasts.
Gather financial and non-financial data from peers competitors, reconcile with company records and provide variance analysis with insights to support management decision-making.
Support the preparation of interim and annual announcements, including Management Discussion & Analysis (MD&A) reports.
Support the design, development, and implementation of business intelligence dashboards to improve data visibility and accessibility.
Calculate Return on Investment (ROI) for lease renewal proposals for different stakeholders to support management decision-making
Perform other ad hoc duties as required

What we look for:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in management accounting and/or financial analysis.
Strong sensitivity to numbers, data with a careful mindset and high accuracy in analysis and reporting
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Good proficiency in PowerPoint
Hands-on experience using BI tools (Power BI) for data analysis and visualization is a plus.
Good team player, ability to multi-task and prioritize different requests
Immediately available is preferred
