Sales Distribution Manager – Bancassurance

Responsibilities

Assist Branch frontline sales staff to follow up with Insurers on daily sales support and policy administration
Coordinate and work closely with internal and external partners on implementing life insurance business strategies and business growth initiatives with training support for branches
Work closely with Training Team and ensure the training materials are accurately developed with compliance review & clearance, including for new joiners, refresher training on products and selling process
Collect feedback from Branch frontline sales staff on operation process / insurance products / application system and liaise with Insurers
Provide support in marketing functions including product development, customer/ marketing events & campaigns, if necessary
Support system development and enhancement including planning and execution of UAT, if necessary
Plan, design and monitor the delivery of insurance sales training programs for various sales channels and department staff

Requirements

University graduate, preferably in Business or related discipline
Minimum 6 years’ experience in banking or insurance industry cover the following:
At least 5 years in sales and training experience;
Intensive knowledge in insurance products
Passed IIQE paper 1,2,3,& 5
Holder of HKIB Associate Retail Wealth Professional (ARWP) or Certified Retail Wealth Professional (CRWP) is preferred
HKIB Certified Bankers preferred
Sales oriented, self-motivated, a team player, proactive service attitude and can work under pressure
Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Good Command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua will be an advantage
