As a trusted partner to global toy brands, we specialize in the design, development, and manufacturing of soft and hard toys through a robust network of OEM partners and factory vendors across Asia.
Our Vietnam office plays a key role in supporting cross-border production, vendor coordination, and quality assurance across the region.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on General Manager to lead our Vietnam sourcing office.
This is a general management role with full responsibility for office operations, team leadership, and vendor engagement.
The General Manager will work closely with the Merchandising Manager and Quality Assurance Manager based in the Hong Kong office to ensure seamless execution of seasonal toy programs and alignment with global standards.
The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to Vietnam’s manufacturing landscape, proven experience in managing sourcing operations for the toy industry, and familiarity with the expectations of US-based toy companies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Vietnam sourcing office
Oversee coordination with factory partners to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and regulatory compliance
Collaborate closely with regional directors in Hong Kong across vendor management, product compliance, quality assurance and merchandising operations
Support cross-border operations with China and Hong Kong offices
Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors, testing labs, and government bodies
Provide leadership and coaching to local teams across functions
Represent the Vietnam office in global meetings and customer audits
Ensure alignment with company policies, customer expectations, and international safety standards
Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency, vendor responsiveness, and team capabilities
Report directly to regional leadership and contribute to strategic planning for Southeast Asia operations

Ideal Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or related discipline
Minimum 15 years of experience in sourcing, manufacturing, or vendor management within the toy industry
Experience in MNC / US top toys companies is a big plus
Proven leadership or proven ability in managing a sourcing office in Vietnam
Exposure to both soft and hard toy categories
Strong understanding of OEM/ODM operations and seasonal production cycles
Familiarity with global toy safety standards and major retailer compliance programs
Fluent in English; Proficient in Chinese or Vietnamese is a plus
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and team management skills
Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
Willing to travel regionally and collaborate across borders
