Role Summary 職位概要

Reporting to the Sales Director
向銷售總監匯報
Provide support to the Sales Director in supervising the Merchandising Team
協助銷售總監監督採購團隊
Coordinate product development, costing, and production follow-up, while ensuring seamless communication between merchandising, technical, and factory teams.
協調產品開發、成本核算及生產跟進，並確保採購、技術及工廠團隊之間的順暢溝通。

Key Responsibilities 主要職責

Oversee daily merchandising operations including costing, sample development, and production tracking
監督日常採購工作，包括成本核算、樣品開發及生產進度追蹤
Collaborate with internal teams and factories to ensure product quality and timely delivery
與內部團隊及工廠合作，確保產品品質及準時交付
Coordinate with garment factories and fabric mills in Vietnam for seasonal sample development and production capacity planning
與越南的服裝工廠及布料廠協調季節性樣品開發及生產能力規劃
Support the Vietnam-based sales team in daily operations and issue resolution
支援越南銷售團隊的日常運作及問題解決
Build strong relationships with production teams and customers to ensure alignment on expectations
與生產團隊及客戶建立良好關係，確保期望一致
Conduct cost and margin analysis to meet budget targets
進行成本及利潤分析，以達成預算目標
Manage raw material planning with suppliers and mills
與供應商及布料廠管理原材料規劃
Maintain accurate production records and system data
維持準確的生產記錄及系統數據
Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the Sales Director
協助銷售總監指派的臨時項目及任務

Ideal Candidates 理想人選

5+ years of garment merchandising experience; of which preferably 2+ years in a garment manufacturing environment
五年以上服裝採購經驗；其中最好有兩年以上服裝製造環境經驗
Strong product knowledge in knitwear
對針織服裝有深入產品知識
Proven experience working with European and brand customers
具備與歐洲及品牌客戶合作的經驗
Proficient in English and Chinese (spoken and written)
精通英語及中文（口語及書寫）
Experience in offshore garment factories is a plus
有海外服裝工廠經驗者更佳
