Our client is seeking a strategic and operationally agile Regional HR Managerto support their international HR operations at the global HQ .
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as a central point of contact between the HR Director and local HR teams to align HR plan and execution.
- Support the implementation of global HR initiatives such as performance management, compensation frameworks, and leadership development.
- Advise regional HR teams on complex employee relations matters, policy interpretation, and change management strategies
- Collaborate with global HR functions and regional HRBPs for consistency, compliance, and alignment with group standards.
- Lead talent management initiatives, including talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development across international markets.
- Conduct organizational diagnostics to evaluate structure, effectiveness, and culture, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Partner with business leaders to assess organizational capability needs, identify skill and competency gaps, and co-create targeted development plans
- Provide guidance on performance management systems to foster growth, accountability, and fairness
- Act as the primary liaison between employees, line managers, and the Group Shared Services team to ensure timely and accurate HR service delivery in Hong Kong and MO.
- Deliver strategic HR support in areas such as recruitment, internal mobility, employee engagement, and retention.
- Manage employee relations cases with discretion and professionalism, including conflict resolution and internal investigations.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company HR policies
- Lead or contribute to cross-regional HR projects, including system implementations, policy harmonization, internal mobility programs, and cultural integration efforts.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to align HR decisions with broader business objectives.
Job requirement:
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience,with a global/regional planning and hands-on HRBP
- Experience working with multi-local offices teams,
- Familiarity with Hong Kong and MO employment regulations is essential.
- Proven experience working with shared services or centralized HR operations is highly desirable.
- Track record of leading HR transformation and driving successful change management initiatives.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills, to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong cross-cultural awareness and adaptability within a complex global matrix organization.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems
- Familiarity with HR analytics tools and Microsoft Office
