Bespoke service, well-crafted natural materials and a design aesthetic based around the ‘Upward Journey’ creates a timeless serenity that flows through the different rooms of our House.

This role assists a team to create unique and exceptional memories for our guests. We are committed to providing personalized and delightful services through anticipating and fulfilling our guests' needs. Key Responsibilities

Welcome to the core of what being a Senior Reservations Officer/ Reservations Officer is all about!

Here's the quick lowdown on what you'll do day-to-day:

Inputs and updates room reservations into the hotel’s property management system accurately.
Handles guest inquiries in relation to Hotel services, facilities and rates.
Coordinates with other operating departments such as Guest Experience, Housekeeping, Restaurant & Bar to arrange guest’s requirement.
Alerts Director of Reservations & Revenue in changes of room inventory.
Upsells the hotel’s products and services.
Undertakes other duties and responsibilities as required by Management.

Requirements

Here's exactly what you need to excel in this role:

The Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves):

1 year working experience in hotel, catering or other service industry.
A diploma or certificate holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines.
Familiar with the Infor Hospitality Management Solution (HMS) would be an advantage.
Strong interpersonal skills with a strong attention to details. Fully computer literate.
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficient in Putonghua or other language would be a definite advantage.
