As an AI Enablement Specialist, you will help our Businesses and Group Functions turn AI opportunities into practical solutions that improve productivity, efficiency, and decision-making. By enabling teams to adopt AI confidently and responsibly, you will contribute to better ways of working that ultimately support our purpose of putting a smile on customers’ faces through a stronger O+O (Offline + Online) business model.
What You’ll Be Doing

Partner with business teams to understand workflows, identify pain points, and translate needs into practical AI use cases.

Prototype AI solutions such as assistants, copilots, automations, workflows, and prompt-based tools using approved platforms and citizen development approaches.

Design and refine prompts, workflows, knowledge sources, interfaces, and outputs to create user-friendly solutions.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders to test, iterate, and improve solutions using feedback and data-driven insights.

Document solution designs, usage guidance, and limitations to support scalability and knowledge sharing.

Identify opportunities that require advanced development and provide clear handovers to technical teams.

Create engaging AI enablement resources including playbooks, prompt libraries, templates, and self-service learning materials.

Deliver creative adoption activities such as demonstrations, showcases, clinics, and interactive learning experiences.

Promote responsible AI use and encourage practical adoption across teams.
What You’ll Bring

Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, or similar platforms.

Practical experience building or supporting AI assistants, copilots, automations, or prompt-based solutions.

Strong ability to understand business processes and translate them into structured, workable solutions.

Customer-focused mindset with a passion for solving real business challenges.

Appreciation of AS Watson’s O+O business model and how technology can enhance customer and colleague experiences.

Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.

Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), Copilot Studio, SQL, Power BI, or similar tools is advantageous.
