As a Product Development Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our Own Brand portfolio by identifying market opportunities, translating consumer insights into winning product solutions, and bringing new products to life across our O+O (Offline + Online) business model. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners, you will help deliver meaningful innovation that strengthens our brands, delights customers, and supports sustainable business growth.
What You'll Be Doing

Drive innovation by transforming customer, market, and data insights into commercially successful product concepts.

Manage end-to-end product development projects from concept, sourcing, costing, and packaging to launch and post-launch review.

Identify new ingredients, technologies, packaging solutions, and supplier opportunities to strengthen Own Brand competitiveness.

Partner closely with Marketing, Sourcing, QA, Regulatory Affairs, and Business Units to deliver successful product launches.

Apply a scientific and data-driven approach to evaluate product opportunities, performance, and market trends.

Understand customer needs across the O+O business model and identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and category growth.

Collaborate with regional and local stakeholders to execute brand and product development plans effectively.

Monitor project timelines, costs, and deliverables to ensure speed-to-market and business objectives are achieved.

Support key business initiatives, strategic projects, and cross-functional forums when required.
What You'll Bring

Experience in FMCG, Beauty, Personal Care, Health, Retail, or related industries.

Product knowledge in Household, Personal Care, Food & Beverages, or Health & Beauty products is an advantage.

Strong customer-focused mindset with the ability to identify evolving consumer needs and market opportunities.

Good project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results on time.

Knowledge of OEM product development and supplier management, supported by strong analytical skills.

Ability to leverage data and insights to support decision-making and product development recommendations.

Collaborative team player who values diverse perspectives and builds strong stakeholder partnerships.

Self-motivated and capable of managing day-to-day challenges independently.

Strong communication and influencing skills when working across functions and markets.
