In this role as Account Executive, you will manage influencer marketing projects for our clients, understand their business needs, and work with KOLs to design content strategies and achieve performance goals.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies, including brainstorming, creating, and delivering compelling content briefs for influencers and media publishers.
Serve as the main contact point for clients, assist end-to-end social media / influencer marketing strategies and their execution.
Identify relevant and impactful media publishers and influencer profiles to create content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Threads, and Xiaohongshu.
Establish and nurture relationships with mainstream media publishers and influencers, negotiating terms for executing effective social media campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of diverse projects and the success of team campaigns.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging media publishers and influencers to drive innovation in campaign strategies.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization, including competitor and market analysis.
Involve in new project pitching by providing expertise in social media strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree holder Sales & Marketing / Digital Marketing / Communications / Advertising / Public Relations or related disciplines is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in social media / influencer marketing or a similar role with a strong understanding of social media.
A creative mindset with a passion for innovative marketing strategies and a sharp eye for emerging trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with influencers and stakeholders.
Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
Excellent project management and problem-solving skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using influencer marketing tools and analytics software is a plus.
