Job Responibilities:
Social Media, Community and Governance
- Oversee selected corporate social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, YouTube, WeChat, and Xiaohongshu, adapting content to each platform and audience.
- Develop paid and organic social campaigns to amplify merchant collaborations, increase reach, and drive traffic to the Rewards platform.
- Manage content calendars, customer communities, KOLs, creators, and brand collaborations.
- Manage and amplify the house mascot’s social presence across social channels, marketing and loyalty programmes, community activities, and brand collaborations.
- Act as the internal owner, agency liaison, and gatekeeper for corporate social media, with lead responsibility for crisis management.
- Coordinate content approvals, publishing, social customer service, issue escalation, and crisis response.
Rewards Platform Campaign management
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns across the Rewards platform, paid and organic social media, and other digital channels.
- Co-create merchant campaigns with Business Development to drive acquisition, promotion discovery, reward redemption, platform traffic, and transaction growth.
- Plan in-app campaign mechanics, banner placements, push notifications, merchant offers, and customer communications.
- Translate merchant needs, customer insights, digital payment and app journeys, and market trends into creative ideas, messages, copy, and engagement opportunities.
- Support merchant discussions by presenting campaign proposals, marketing toolkits, digital best practices, and co-marketing solutions
- Monitor digital marketing innovations, loyalty trends, competitor promotions, emerging platforms, and AI tools to identify new growthopportunities.
Performance tracking and optimization
- Use social listening, customer feedback, and consumer behaviour data to identify opportunities and potential issues.
- Track campaign KPIs, including acquisition, conversion, redemption, engagement, transaction growth, CAC, ROAS, and merchant uplift.
- Maintain campaign dashboards and translate performance data into actionable improvements.
- Independently manage assigned projects from planning and execution to performance review
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, content, social media, loyalty, Rewards, or campaign management.
- Proven experience independently managing multi-channel digital and social media campaigns.
- Experience in merchant campaigns, partnerships, co-marketing, or customer engagement programmes.
- Experience in social customer service, issue escalation, and crisis management.
- Strong campaign planning, content writing, storytelling, copywriting, and editing skills.
- Ability to translate business needs, customer insights, and trends into creative, results-driven campaigns.
- Ability to create simple content using Canva, design software, and AI-assisted tools.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, YouTube, WeChat, and Xiaohongshu, including their audiences, formats, and engagement practices.
- Good understanding of Rewards platforms, digital payments, mobile apps, and end-to-end customer journeys.
- Familiarity with paid and organic social media, social listening, social search, online forums, and emerging platforms.
