ob Overview：

Lead the Company's global people strategy, including organisational design, executive talent acquisition, compensation architecture, performance management, and short&long-term incentive programmes. Build and continuously enhance the Company's global talent acquisition, mobility, succession planning and leadership development frameworks while fostering a unified corporate culture and values across all international markets. Partner closely with the executive leadership team to support the Company's global expansion and IPO journey.

Key Responsibilities

：Global Organisation Strategy & Organisational Desig

nDevelop the global organisational structure and governance model in alignment with the Company's international growth strategy
.Design scalable organisational frameworks across multiple regions, legal entities and jurisdictions, ensuring clear accountability and decision-making
.Improve organisational effectiveness by resolving cross-border collaboration and local management challenges
.Support corporate governance and organisational readiness for future IPO requirements

.Executive Talent Acquisition & Global Leadership Team Developmen

tLead the recruitment of senior executives and key functional leaders globally, including country leadership, commercial, operations, finance and corporate functions
.Establish competency frameworks and assessment standards for critical leadership positions
.Build sustainable executive search, succession planning and global talent pipeline strategies to support long-term international growth

.Global Compensation, Performance & Incentive Strateg

yDesign and implement globally consistent yet locally competitive compensation and benefits frameworks
.Develop performance management systems aligned with both regional business objectives and Group-wide standards
.Build short-term incentive programmes, medium-term retention schemes and long-term equity or profit-sharing plans that support the Company's IPO strategy
.Drive executive retention by aligning rewards with long-term business performance and shareholder value creation

.Global Workforce Compliance & Talent Operation

sOversee employment compliance and employee relations across international markets, particularly Europe and the Middle East
.Develop global HR governance, employment policies, risk management processes and workforce administration standards
.Build scalable and compliant frameworks covering talent acquisition, employment lifecycle management, mobility and workforce planning
.Promote effective cross-cultural collaboration and organisational integration across international teams

.Leadership Development & Succession Plannin

gDesign and implement succession planning and leadership development programmes across the Grou
pBuild management pipelines and high-potential talent programmes to ensure long-term organisational capabilit
yEstablish enterprise-wide talent review, promotion, rotation and leadership development processe
sStandardise HR governance, policies, people analytics and organisational management systems to support rapid business growth and IPO readines

dLead the development of a unified global corporate culture and employer branding strategy

Requirement

s:Bachelor's degree or abov
e.Minimum of 10 years' progressive HR leadership experience within multinational or international organisations, with full-spectrum HR management responsibilitie
s.Experience leading global HR transformation within international consumer brands, cross-border B2B businesses, consumer electronics or similarly fast-growing industries is highly preferre
d.Proven experience building HR infrastructure across multiple international legal entities, including employment compliance, compensation frameworks and local team establishment from the ground u
p.Demonstrated experience supporting IPO preparation, including organisational governance, executive compensation, succession planning and organisational standardisatio
n.Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate business strategy into organisational capability and talent solution
s.Deep understanding of international business operations, channel-based businesses and global brand organisation
s.Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and high-growth environmen
t.Capable of overseeing HR, administration and corporate culture functions holisticall
y.Fluent in English and Mandarin, with excellent cross-cultural communication and international stakeholder management skill
