Purpose of the Job

Marketing Executive supports the planning and execution of brand marketing initiatives across the wine portfolio. This role plays a key part in driving brand visibility, consumer engagement, and commercial impact through integrated marketing campaigns, events, trade activations, and close collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

Brand & Marketing Execution

Support the development and execution of brand and marketing plans marketing plan within wine portfolio in line with the company and principal objectives.
Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand activations across on-trade, off-trade, and consumer channels
Coordinate brand events, tastings, product launches, festivals, and experiential activations, including on-site execution and post-event reporting

Trade Support

Work closely with the Sales team to ensure effective execution of trade programs, POSM deployment, and promotional mechanics
Support preparation of sales tools, presentations, tasting materials, and brand collateral

Agency & Stakeholder Management

Liaise with external agencies, suppliers, and vendors for creative development, production, and campaign implementation
Support communication with brand principals, including report preparation and campaign updates
Assist in tracking A&P budgets and marketing spend to ensure effective and compliant use of resources

Administrative & Team Support

Support marketing administration, including purchase orders, invoices, contracts, and internal documentation

Requirements

Degree holder, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related disciplines
1-2 years' working experience in marketing or sales, preferably in FMCG, or wine and spirits industry
Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience will also be considered
Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
Creative, proactive, and hands-on with a strong sense of ownership
Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with cross-functional teams and external partners
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel
Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
Interest or passion for wines and spirits is a strong advantage
