We're hiring a Head of Marketing to be the growth engine of our business: the visionary strategist and meticulous operator who builds high-converting digital funnels, scales performance media, leads our physical retail buildout in Hong Kong, and manages a high-performing, 50+ person remote team across global regions.

Given the nature of the brand (women's intimates), we seek someone with deep empathy for the modern consumer—a leader who understands body positivity, fit-and-comfort messaging, and the aesthetic nuances required to build authentic brand trust.

The Role

You'll own the marketing function end-to-end — DTC performance media, Hong Kong retail expansion, creative quality control, lifecycle marketing, and a large global team that supports it all. You'll be the growth operating partner to the CEO, the cross-functional bridge between e-commerce and offline retail teams, and the person who turns marketing spend into profitable, scalable, omnichannel revenue.

This is a role for someone who combines high-level growth strategy with an obsessive, sharp eye for detail and a proven ability to lead a 50+ person remote team. You are hands-on, deeply analytical, and excited to build our performance marketing org while physically establishing our retail footprint in Hong Kong from the ground up.

What you'll own:

Remote Team Leadership & Operational Rigor

Direct, manage, and scale a 50+ person remote global marketing org (media buyers, creative strategists, designers, copywriters, and field marketers).
Establish clear workflows, accountability frameworks, communication structures, and performance standards across time zones.

Detail-Driven Creative Quality & Campaign Precision

Maintain an uncompromising eye for detail across all campaign executions, ad creative, brand messaging, landing page copy, and tracking setups.
Ensure zero-error execution in multi-channel campaign launches, promotional schedules, and brand activations.

Hong Kong Retail Expansion & Trade Marketing

Design, launch, and execute the go-to-market strategy for our physical retail footprint in Hong Kong (pop-ups, flagship stores, retail partnerships, or shop-in-shops).
Manage local HK retail marketing, launch events, offline activations, and vendor/landlord marketing partnerships.
Bridge online and offline channels (O2O) to drive foot traffic, in-store conversion, and brand awareness across HK.

DTC Performance Marketing & Paid Acquisition

Build, execute, and scale multi-channel digital acquisition strategies across Meta, Google/YouTube, TikTok, and emerging channels.
Own multi-million dollar performance media budgets with strict accountability to ROI, ROAS, and blended marketing efficiency ratios (MER).

Growth Economics & Omnichannel Analytics

Partner closely with Finance on unit economics: blended MER, CAC, cohort retention, retail sell-through rates, and customer LTV dynamics.
Translate complex online and offline data into clear, decision-ready insights for the CEO and leadership team.

Lifecycle & Customer Loyalty

Oversee email, SMS, and local loyalty initiatives (Klaviyo, Postscript, integrated retail loyalty) to maximize repeat purchases and long-term customer value.

What You Bring

Required

5+ years of marketing experience, with 2+ years leading a large marketing/growth team (Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, Director of Growth, or equivalent).
Proven track record leading and managing large remote/distributed teams (50+ headcount) across multiple time zones.
Obsessive attention to detail — an unyielding standard for error-free creative output, precise tracking, clear communication, and exact campaign execution.
Direct experience inside a high-growth DTC e-commerce brand ($20M–$100M revenue scale).
Hands-on experience building or scaling a physical retail presence in Hong Kong (store launches, retail marketing, distribution partnerships, or offline brand activations).
Command of both DTC metrics (blended MER, CAC, LTV, ROAS, payback periods) and retail metrics (sell-through rates, retail foot traffic conversion, sales per sq ft).
Deep tactical expertise in digital performance channels (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Fluency in English; strong working proficiency or fluency in Cantonese (required for HK retail partner and vendor management).
BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Strongly preferred

Cantonese and Mandarin language fluency.
Direct experience executing seamless Offline-to-Online (O2O) marketing campaigns connecting physical retail stores to digital ecosystems.
Established local connections within Hong Kong’s retail, commercial real estate, or retail partner ecosystem.
Experience managing multi-channel operations spanning Shopify, Amazon, and physical retail expansion.
Prior experience inside a scaling brand that successfully transitioned from purely DTC to a thriving global omnichannel model.
