Role Summary:
We are seeking a Regional HRIS Manager to lead the end-to-end transformation of our HR systems across multiple markets. This role will unify core HR, performance management (PMS), and talent acquisition (ATS) onto a single, scalable platform tailored to our organisation’s size and complexity.
This is a strategic ownership role: you will drive the full project lifecycle—from requirements gathering and vendor selection through implementation, rollout, and post-launch optimisation. You will act as the primary HR project lead, working closely with Corporate HR, regional HR teams, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to standardise processes, enhance data quality, strengthen people analytics, and reduce manual effort.
The role requires a balanced approach: driving global consistency while respecting regional nuances across jurisdictions such as Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, and beyond. If you are a structured, hands-on HR systems professional with proven experience owning transformation initiatives from sourcing to go-live, we invite you to join us in shaping the future of HR at Mitrade.
What Would Be Your Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Project Ownership: Lead the full HRIS transformation—from current-state assessment, vendor evaluation, and system selection through to implementation, testing, rollout, and continuous improvement.
- Process Standardisation: Review existing HR systems, spreadsheets, and regional practices to identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for harmonisation. Define consistent global workflows across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, leave, attendance, payroll inputs, performance management, recruitment, and reporting.
- Data Governance & Migration: Oversee data cleansing, validation, migration, and access controls to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and consistency across all HR data.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Lead vendor evaluation and selection using a structured scorecard process; manage commercial negotiations and coordinate with IT on technical assessments (e.g., API integration) for shortlisted vendors. Collaborate with regional HR, business leaders, and compliance teams to align system design with business needs.
- People Analytics & Insights: Develop and enhance HR dashboards and people analytics reporting using Power BI or similar tools to support data-driven decision-making.
- Automation & Innovation: Identify opportunities for automation and AI-enabled HR solutions, working with technical teams to improve efficiency and employee experience.
- Change Management & Training: Prepare project documentation, process maps, user guides, and training materials. Drive user adoption, track system usage, and support continuous improvement.
What We Require From You:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years in HR, HRIS, HR transformation, or HR project management, with proven ownership of an HRIS implementation or major system transformation project from sourcing to go-live.
- Systems Knowledge: Direct experience with core HR, performance management (PMS), and/or talent acquisition (ATS) systems. Familiarity with SME/mid-market platforms targeting 400–1,000 headcount across multiple jurisdictions (e.g., BambooHR, HiBob, Deel) is a strong plus.
- HR Process Expertise: Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and the ability to translate business requirements into practical system solutions.
- Regional Exposure: Experience working across multiple regions or jurisdictions, with demonstrated judgment in balancing global standards with local practices and compliance.
- Analytical Skills: Power BI, people analytics, dashboard development, or advanced Excel experience is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin are required to coordinate with senior regional stakeholders; Cantonese is an advantage.
- Mindset: Hands-on, structured, and adaptable—able to navigate a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment with a consultative and growth-oriented approach.
Mitrade is at the cutting edge of FinTech with a team that excels in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. We seek analytical thinkers and executors with a data-driven approach, capable of managing complex multi-stakeholder projects and adapting to technological advancements.
What You Can Look Forward To:
- Competitive compensation package.
- Career growth and personal development within a growing global organisation.
- A flat organisational structure that values collaboration and transparency.
- Leadership of a high-impact regional HR systems transformation project.
- Exposure to regional HR teams, senior management, technology teams, and global business operations.
- Hands-on involvement in HRIS/HCM implementation, people analytics, automation, and AI transformation.
- Opportunity to shape Mitrade’s future HR systems, processes, and data framework.
