HR Manager (HRBP/Employee Relations)

About the Company:

Our client is a well-known multinational retail/F&B brand seeking an experienced HRBP / Employee Relations professional at Manager level. This role acts as a strategic HR business partner, providing practical people solutions and advisory support to frontline store management teams

Key Responsibilities:

Partner closely with frontline store management teams across multiple locations on daily HR and employee relations matters
Handle employee relations cases including workplace conflicts, disciplinary issues, grievance handling, and staff investigations
Provide HR advisory support on workplace injury, employee benefits disputes, attendance, and staffing issues
Support performance management discussions, employee engagement initiatives, and career development planning
Organize and coordinate large-scale staff events, employee activities, and internal engagement programs
Work closely with operations leaders to support a positive and compliant workplace culture
Monitor frontline workforce trends and recommend practical HR solutions to improve staff retention and engagement
Ensure HR practices and employee matters are handled in line with company policies and local labor regulations

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines
5-8 years of HRBP and/or Employee Relations experience, preferably within retail, F&B, hospitality, or other fast-paced frontline operations environments
Hands-on and proactive personality with the ability to work closely with operations management teams
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in handling employee relations matters and workplace investigations
Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-volume, and multi-site operational environment
Experience in handling staff grievances, disciplinary issues, workplace injury cases and performance management is highly preferred
Passionate about employee engagement, people development, and building positive workplace culture
Strong command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin preferred
Well-organized, detail-minded, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
