Responsibilities

Lead recruitment transformation initiatives in partnership with Group and internal stakeholders to streamline processes, improve hire quality, and enhance the candidate experience
Lead Contingent Workforce Management (“CWF”) governance and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations
Oversee talent acquisition vendor management and governance
Partner with Talent Advisors and HR Business Partners to develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies and campaigns, including campus recruitment and career fairs, to build a strong talent pipeline
Partner with the HR COO to strengthen employer branding and improve the candidate experience
Use talent acquisition analytics and monitor KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and support data-driven decisions
Contribute to other HR projects and initiatives, including staff events, HR audits, and ad hoc reporting

Requirements

At least 10 years of relevant experience, with a proven record of delivering successful recruitment strategies and initiatives
Proven experience in developing and executing recruitment strategies, building university partnerships, organising recruitment events, and managing graduate and internship programmes
Strong knowledge of current recruitment trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, with the ability to translate them into practical solutions
Experience in contingent workforce governance and vendor management, with strong risk awareness and the ability to ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data insights to inform decisions
Experience in leading recruitment transformation projects focused on process optimisation and candidate experience
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop talent
