Job Description

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of internal communications for the Hong Kong branch, ensure the key updates and initiatives to staff are clear, timely and consistent for staff awareness and alignment.

• Support development and execution of social media content across all corporate channels and relevant platforms. Drive the editorial schedule planning, content creation and publishing aligned with marketing campaigns and events.

• Support preparation of external communications and marketing materials across APAC, including monthly update of pitchbook, factsheets, all the related marketing brochures. Ensure all the corporate materials are accurate and aligned with messaging guidelines.

• Support marketing execution and event tracking, including coordination of campaigns, events and logistics management.

• Track and coordinate guest attendance and follow-up actions for Hong Kong and regional relationship events. Maintain records of participation and engagement.

• Manage marketing administration and operational processes for Hong Kong, including expense tracking, recharge coordination and reporting to Finance. Maintain clear records of marketing expenditures

• Liaise with external marketing vendors for printing and production of corporate materials and marketing gifts.

Requirements

Qualifications and skills for the job

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Translations, Marketing or related disciplines.

• Understanding of financial markets with 3-5 years’ industry experience.

• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese language skills required. Experience in managing translations.

• Self-motivated, excellent communication and relationship building skills.

• Attention to details, ability to meet deadlines.

• Provide excellent internal client service to the Front and support function.
