Administrative Assistant (6-month contract) (Ref. No.: PMSA-AA(Lic)-19/26)

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Manager (Licensing), the appointee will be required to:

maintain accuracy of the licence application data and property information, including data entry, documents scanning, uploading and filing;
liaise and follow up with respective applicants/licensees on licence applications or information submissions;
maintain licence application and information submission filing system;
assist in activities in relation to the annual return of licensees;
provide clerical support to the Licensing Division;
undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

Tertiary education or above in any disciplines;
A minimum of 1 year relevant experience;
Relevant work experience and knowledge in licence applications operations and property management are preferable;
Proficient in various MS applications and Chinese Word Processing;
Familiar with Microsoft Excel functions and formulas is preferred;
Detail minded, with common sense and high sense of responsibility;
Independent and able to work under pressure; and
Immediately available is preferable.

Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. This position is offered on a temporary contract. For the successful candidate, future employment may be considered based on performance and organisational needs.
