About the Role
Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the President, ensuring the smooth operation of the Executive Office. Act as a trusted Personal Assistant, supporting daily scheduling, correspondence, meeting coordination, and confidential matters, while assisting with selected corporate projects.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Personal Assistant Support
- Manage the President’s calendar, appointments and travel arrangements
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and follow up on action items
- Handle all correspondence and incoming communications
- Manage confidential documents, reports, and expense claims
- Act as a key liaison between the President, owners, hotels and corporate teams
Executive Office Administration
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the Executive Office
- Track and follow up on key projects, reports and deadlines
- Handle senior stakeholder requests, including reservations and enquiries
- Prepare reports, presentations and management summaries
Corporate & Administrative Support
- Assist in corporate planning processes, reporting and ad hoc projects
- Support office administration, budgeting and coordination across teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years’ experience, with proven exposure as an Executive Secretary / Personal Assistant to senior executives
- 8–10 years of hotel industry experience is required
- Strong organizational, multitasking and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication and business writing skills in both English and Chinese
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general administrative systems
