Supervisor
Executive Assistant

Duties:

To ensure proper vetting of applications for Registration Certificate (RC) / Kindergarten Admission Pass (AP) for Kindergarten Admission under the Kindergarten Education Scheme;
To handle extension cases of RC/AP;
To coordinate and streamline the processing of RC/AP applications;
To conduct user acceptance tests for the enhancement of computer system of RC/AP;
To process applications for Staff Relief Grant for Staff Taking Paid Maternity Leave;
To perform general office administrative/clerical duties;
To handle complaint cases and public enquiries;
To assist in supervising clerical assistants in vetting documents;
To perform any other duties as required by senior officers;
May be required to work irregular hours due to operational needs; and
May be required to undertake outdoor/overtime duties.

Requirements:

Obtained Level 2/Grade E or above in five subjects in HKDSEE/HKCEE including Mathematics, Chinese and English (Syl. B) or equivalent;
Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese;
At least 5 years of full-time working experiences, with 2 years at supervisory rank;
Being skillful in word processing and operation of computer software;
Experience in government/public sectors preferred;
Be responsible, self-motivated with good communication skills and logical thinking; and
Able to work systematically with care, diligence, patience and eagerness to learn.
