About Our Client:

Our client is a Web3 infrastructure company that is now developing a new application on top of their layer 1. We are seeking a highly driven and hands-on HR Manager to work closely with the Founder and leadership team in supporting the company's growth and expansion plans.

This is a highly visible role that combines strategic talent acquisition, workforce planning, and day-to-day HR operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in building the organization by identifying hiring needs, attracting top talent, managing recruitment processes, and establishing scalable HR practices to support a fast-growing business. The ideal candidate will have prior experience within the Web3, Crypto or growing startup / scale up company and be comfortable operating in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.

Job Highlight:

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

Partner closely with the Founder and business leaders to understand growth plans and translate them into hiring strategies and workforce plans.
Advise founder on organizational structure, headcount planning, and talent requirements to support business expansion.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate assessment, offer management, and onboarding.
Coordinate and manage external recruitment agencies and search partners to ensure quality hiring outcomes.
Develop employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent within the Web3 ecosystem.

HR Strategy

Work closely with the Founder on organizational planning and talent strategy.
Support special projects related to business expansion, team structure, and operational scaling.
Provide insights on talent market trends, compensation benchmarking, and hiring strategies.
Assist in building scalable people processes as the organization continues to grow.

HR Operations

Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and employment contracts.
Coordinate payroll, leave administration, benefits, and HR compliance matters.
Support performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees on HR-related matters.

Who We’re Looking For

At least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Human Resources, or related functions.
Prior experience within Web3, Cryptocurrency, Blockchain or growing startup is highly preferred.
Proven experience supporting fast-growing organizations through scaling and expansion phases.
Well-rounded HR knowledge covering recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations will be ideal.
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
Passionate on crypto: DeFi, wallets, tokenomics
Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
