Position: Guest Relation Officer

About the role

This roles is responsible to provide exceptional front-of-house service by welcoming clients, supporting events, and ensuring a well-managed and inviting Premier Banking environment.

Responsibilities

Inspect meeting rooms before and after operating hours to ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of all equipment.
Manage meeting room bookings, including reservations, scheduling, and coordination for visitors and internal staff.
Welcome VIPs and visitors, and escort or direct them to meeting rooms or relevant staff.
Handle refreshment services by taking orders, preparing drinks/snacks, and coordinating with the bar for food and beverage delivery.
Support branch events and activities, including serving welcome drinks and managing guest flow.
Monitor front-of-house facilities (e.g. coffee machines, water dispensers, carpets, plants) and report maintenance or replenishment needs.
Assist with visitor enquiries and direct them to relevant bank staff when necessary.
Provide reception support for special and ad-hoc events.
Perform other duties as assigned by the on-site supervisor.
Able to work from 08:30 to 18:00 Mondays to Fridays, and from 08:30 to 13:00 on Saturdays.

Qualification and requirements:

High Diploma holder or above, with at least 1 year relevant experience in banking, property management, hospitality or customer service.
Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word); Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment (printer, fax machines)
Business proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage
Pleasant personality with strong communication, organizational and multitasking abilities
