Job Responsibilities

Recruitment Management: Assist with recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, coordinating evaluations, and maintaining a talent pool. Help optimize recruiting system.
Talent Attraction & Branding: Support university partnership initiatives across APAC. Help plan and run campus and internship recruitment activities. Assist in managing social media communities to promote our employer brand and attract young talent
Process Automation: Automate HR operation workflows and provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
AI-Enhanced Recruitment: Optimize recruitment efficiency with AI tools (such as resume screening) while assisting with traditional sourcing, interview scheduling, and talent pool maintenance.

Job Requirements

Undergraduate student, major is not limited; majors related to Information Systems, Business Analytics , or Business majors with strong tech interests are preferred.
Possess relevant recruitment internship experience ; those familiar with basic recruitment processes such as resume screening and candidate invitation are preferred and can get started quickly.
Have good communication skills and empathy, be careful and patient, be able to efficiently connect with candidates and interviewers, and properly handle various detailed issues in the recruitment process.
Be proactive in work, responsible, with strong execution ability and good time management skills, able to complete various recruitment tasks efficiently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); proficiency in operating recruitment platforms is a plus.
Have good written and spoken English and Chinese skills, and those who can carry out smooth bilingual communication are preferred.
Available to work at least 3 days a week; those who can intern for a long term (2-3 months or more) are preferred.
